  1. Refund on Defective Products:
    Refunds will only be issued for defective items. If you receive a product with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photographs of the defect and your order details.

  2. Refund for Undelivered Orders:
    If your order has not been delivered within 6 weeks of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team with your order details to initiate the refund process.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests outside the scenarios mentioned above will not be entertained.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7 business days to reflect in your account.
